Boardslide Mission 23-24

Boardslide Mission, a nonprofit dedicated to enriching the lives of historically marginalized (black/indigenous/people of color, girls, LGBTQ+) communities through snowsports, received $750 to support its 2023-34 Winter Camp for All at The Rock Snowpark in Milwaukee. This four-week ski/snowboard camp served 22 youth, ages 12-18. Half the group were returning campers from last year, and the rest were new to skiing and riding. The program charges a $15 fee, which includes lessons, lift tickets, transportation, loaned clothing and gear, and time to free ski or ride.
