What drives them?

Your Philosophy as an Education Staff Member:

I believe a strong, safe, supportive, enjoyable instructor/student relationship motivates and stimulates learning. Bottom line? Great teaching & memorable learning occur when people have fun!

Why do you serve on the education staff?

M-F I teach at the University of Minnesota. I however, think about skiing daily! Alpine skiing IS and has ALWAYS been my passion. Being a PSIA-C Staff member allows me an opportunity to blend both my professional abilities and my passion. I love meeting and am honored and humbled to clinic/teach/examine fellow ski educators across our division. Empowering individuals to take risks, believe in themselves, grow and transform through their determination with my support is extremely fulfilling and rewarding. Thank you for trusting me in this role.
