What drives them?

Your Philosophy as an Education Staff Member:

“If you can’t explain it simply, you don’t understand it well enough.” Albert Einstein

Why do you serve on the education staff?

I believe that, with regards to skiing, we often work very hard to turn skiing into rocket science, and forget that skiing is about having fun. My goal as an examiner is to communicate technical material in a clear, patient, accessible manner. I always strive to give compassionate, appropriate feedback in order to not only encourage a passion for the sport, but also a passion for learning.
