What drives them?

Your Philosophy as an Education Staff Member:

“Maximize independence to enhance a new lifestyle.” “Adaptive sports maximize independence to enhance a new lifestyle”

Why do you serve on the education staff?

I really enjoy “demystifying disabilities”. Whether our students are able-bodied stand-up skiers or they have a disability that changes “the look”, the fundamentals remain intact and the ski(s) still bend, tip and twist: “Skiing is skiing is skiing”! If an instructor has hit a plateau or lost their passion, I can guarantee that adding Adaptive to their repertoire will revive their love of teaching and give them fresh ideas to enhance their able-bodied lessons to boot!
