Talking Tourism- the remarkable transformation from "aware" to "invested" in snowsports. 

Immediately after their first day on snow, over 80% of new participants in our sport report that they intend to return. Less than 18% do. 

This 2-hour webinar explores the gap between what people intend to do with their leisure time, and the stuff that gets in the way (spoiler alert- it's life).

An instructor who understands the catalyzing transformation from "Ordinary Human" to "A Skier" (or "A Snowboarder") also understands the importance of their role in influencing the tourism economy in which we operate.

You want to take this course to better understand how small changes in your presentation can have a huge impact on your client retention, as an instructor, a resort, and for the industry.

This course is accessible by all, from those new to teaching to resort leaders, exploring the draws and distractions of the ski and snowboard business. Virtual, 2 hours- interactive.
