For the 2021-2022 Season, we will introduce an elevation and review process to prepare staff to facilitate the Tech/MA Module for level II and III alpine certification. The purpose of this process is to equip staff to be able to work at the highest level of their capacity and ability.
Staff members will register for a Tech/MA Review every three years in order to maintain their current Tech/MA EX designation. To increase their EX designation, education staff would register for an optional Tech/MA Elevation. These events will run identically. A staff member's EX designation to run Tech/MA exams does not need to match their EX designation to run on-snow events. Events will be offered 4x per year, 3 of which to run during the season and 1 to occur during the off-season. Additional opportunities may be made to accommodate demand. This process is to precede the Tech/MA shadowing process, similar to the elevation/review process for on-snow exams. Designations made as a result of this process will last for three years.

1st Session: 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM (ET) | 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM (CT)
2nd Session: 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM (ET) | 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM (CT)
3rd Session: 9:00 PM - 10:00 PM (ET) | 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM (CT)
4th Session: 10:00 PM - 11:00 PM (ET) | 9:00 PM - 10:00 PM (CT)
After registering, you may review and confirm your event registration info, review the confirmation email, and session time information by selecting the "My Events" tab in the Member Portal. Once you find your event, you must choose the "three-dot" icon to see additional information.
