Course Description:

Get ready for summer cross-training with the Rollerblade Skate to Ski program! The Skate to Ski program uses specific activities to enhance your skills and the fun factor of training for ski readiness. This event is a great opportunity to discover how adding inline skating to your fall routine will hone an accurate and relevant skill focus, while combining heaps of repetition in a consistent environment, plus quality feedback. We will do activities that develop stable gliding and turning. Most skating will happen on a flat paved surface incorporating drills and obstacle courses that utilize cones and other equipment.

Prerequisites: Beginner to advanced skaters are welcome, demo skates may not be guaranteed so participants are encouraged to bring their own skates*, and a helmet.

*Some areas will have a rental fleet available from Rollerblade; please see the event-specific information section below to see if gear (Rollerblades & Pads) is available at your event.
