Did You See That- In The Race Arena takes the O.E.P. (Observe, Evaluate, Prescribe) Movement Analysis model of our popular Did you See That?! Course and applies it to the performance characteristics of modern ski racing.

Is it retraction or extension? Racer "A" stays tall, Racer "B" more compact- we'll show where each tactic and technique might be beneficial in a course. In ski racing, mistakes are inevitable- the best racers condition their responses. Participants learn to recognize those moments and marvel at the agility of top performers.

Conducted over three evenings, members and the course conductor will look at winning and losing race runs to assess tactics and technique, skills, and athleticism. You'll look at an application of the 5 Fundamentals of Alpine Skiing relative to high-performance athletes and developing racers.

Be prepared to be challenged and inspired as you enhance your ability to coach the local race team or armchair quarterback the Worldcup.
