Unscheduled Education Event Details
All requests for Saturday Day events between 12/20 - 2/25 dates will be denied unless prior approval from the Central Office is obtained. An event may be scheduled on one weekend, two separate weekends, weekdays, or a series of evenings. Because Unscheduled Education Events are dependent on the availability of education personnel, event requests that conflict with PSIA-AASI Central's published event schedule cannot be approved. Requests for Unscheduled Events should be made at a minimum of 4 weeks before the date requested. This is to allow for adequate time for approval and staffing requests. (COVID-19 Policies will allow for some leeway with the prior rules regarding event dates and event minimums)

List up to 3 date options for your UEE in order of preference. Each option should include the days and dates requested, eg. Preferred dates: Wednesday, 1/7/15 and Wednesday, 1/14/15 during the day. Alternative Dates: Thursday, 2/5/15 and Friday, 2/6/15 during the day or the evenings of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 1/20, 1/21 and 1/22/15.
